Dr. MC
About
I am a Naturopathic Doctor based in Toronto and King City. I believe that health is multidimensional, and that true healing happens when we explore the full picture rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Whether we are addressing digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, burnout, or simply helping you feel more grounded and aligned, your story is always the starting point.
This approach is deeply personal to me. I, too, once sat in the patient’s chair with my own questions, struggles, and doubts. Working with a naturopathic doctor changed my perspective on what feeling healthy truly meant, it helped me reconnect with my body, my sense of worth, and the understanding that I was not alone in what I was experiencing. That experience sparked a journey of self-reflection and ultimately led me to this work.
Because of this, I meet my patients with empathy and genuine understanding. I know what it feels like to search for answers, to feel unheard, and to want care that looks beyond the symptoms. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you feel supported, seen, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful, sustainable healing.

My Philosophy
-
Care goes beyond treating symptoms, it involves understanding root causes, recognizing the patterns beneath them, and seeing how the mind, body, and environment interact. From there, we create a plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and genuinely aligned with your goals.
Alongside my clinical practice, I also serve as a Medical Advisor for NHSc. In this role, I collaborate with scientific and education teams to translate emerging research into clear, meaningful learning and to support evidence-informed decision-making within the profession.
I also love exploring new restaurants and discovering great gluten-free options to share with my celiac community, along with cooking at home and hosting themed dinner nights.
Movement keeps me grounded, especially yoga. It helps me slow down, reconnect, and feel my best, and it’s something I hope to help my patients experience in their own way too.
